With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lorraine Wilson (Capitol Heights, Maryland), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 16, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Lorraine farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Lorraine is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Wilson; her son Carlos Wiilson (Carlita); her grandchildren, Cambria, Dallas and Carlos, Jr.; and her siblings, Florine Wilson, Leroy and Terry Evans. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the New Mt. Nebo Baptist Church of Capitol Heights (7501 Walker Mill Dr, Capitol Heights, MD 20743). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
