He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Harbaugh and Evelyn Harbaugh (McAfee) of Cascade, MD.; his wife Peggy Jane Harbaugh (Smith); his son Gary Lee Harbaugh Jr.; and his brother Dale Harbaugh.
He is survived by: his children, Karen Lantz, Donna Pryor and David Harbaugh; his grandchildren, Teresa Rowland (Erik), Clinton Lantz (Leanne), Steven Garde (Jess) and Brandon Harbaugh; his great grandchildren, Rylee, Zayden, Adalyn, Caroline, Arianna, Naomi, Cooper and Aspyn; his sister Carol Ann Schorn (Marty); his uncle Bob McAfee; and his sisters-in-law, Bobbi Minnick and Patsy Mickley.
