She is survived by: her parents, William Puttkammer and Lucille Puttkammer; her daughter Felicia Bart (Don Bart); her grandchildren, Chase, Charleigh and Avery; her son Justin Smith; and her brothers, Joe and John. She is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Jl Davis Funeral Home (12525 Bradbury Ave, Smithsburg, MD 21783). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
