He is survived by: his parents, Richard Samuel Garner and Sadie Marie Garner (Fackelman); his wife Amy Marie Garner; his children, Gavin Joseph Garner and Ava Marie Garner; his siblings, John Garner (Amy) and Daniell Kennedy (Johnny); his parents-in-law, Ronald and Charlene Law; his sister-in-law Allyson Mastronardi (Jamie); his siblings' children, Garett, Skyla, Tyler, Jazmine, Jonah, Charlie and Elam; and his pets, Tucker, Charley and Koa.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Douglas A. Fiery Funeral Home (1331 Eastern Blvd N, Hagerstown, MD 21742).
