He was predeceased by: his mother Sharon F. Hartsock. He is survived by: his father Gene V. Horner of Frederick, MD.; his daughter Kaylyn Horner (Nicholas Horner-Blush) of Waynesboro, PA; his stepgrandsons, Bentley Blush of Waynesboro, PA and Russell Heatherly of Myersville, MD; his siblings, Tina Horner of Cascade and Gene Horner; his sister-in-law Melanie Horner of Frederick, MD; and his friends, G. William Mercer (Kelly) of Frederick, MD and Aaron Ondrejko of Middletown, MD.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Harmony Church of the Brethren (3924 Brethren Church Rd, Myersville, MD 21773). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
