With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Agnes Cross (Catonsville, Maryland), born in Baltimore, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 30, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Clinton Cross; her parents, Johannes Michael and Agnes Mary Dickhoff; her daughter Agnes Elizabeth Cross; and her brothers, Ron, Richard and Jay.
She is survived by: her children, John Robert Cross (Sherry), Jennifer Ann Cross Bay (William) and Catherine Carleen Steffens (Patrick); her siblings, Mary Helen DeAngelis and David Rosendale; her sisters-in-law, Janet Dickhoff, Joyce Dickhoff and Eileen Rosendale; and her grandchildren, Kary Atkinson, Annelise Bay, James Cooper Bay, Aislinn Cross, Margaret Steffens and Michael Steffens.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Carleen's name to the Retired School Sisters of Notre Dame or the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
