He was predeceased by: his parents, Ted Ivins and Elaine Ivins; and his in-laws, Harvey and Mary Wirt. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo; his sons, Chris (Sara) and Jeff (Krissie); and his grandchildren, Liam and Kyle Ivins. He is also survived by many cousins, sisters-in-law, a brother-in-law, nieces and nephews, and friends.
