“We are so saddened to learn of the loss of a gentle giant in our community and his family. Chet and I coached EDRECO girls softball for a # of years and I was able to see up close and personal his heart in action as a fan, family man and competitive soul. A true Gentle Man. We were able to visit Chet a month ago in rehab. Chet was his kind and strong self under duress with pain and physical challenges. He observed that since turning 80, things seemed to go haywire. RIP big guy! 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️”
