We are sad to announce that, on January 27, 2026, at the age of 95, Francis W. Kelly of Catonsville, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Joseph Kelly and Annie Hanley; his wife Dolores Josephine Kelly; and his son Timothy James Kelly. He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Kathleen Mattingly; his son-in-law Scott David Mattingly; his son Michael Patrick Kelly; his daughter-in-law Frances Evelyn Kelly; his son Brian Francis Kelly; his daughter-in-law Stephanie Lynn Smith; his grandchildren, Kelly Harden, Timothy Mattingly, Danielle Ray, Kimberly Harp and Tara Wrightson; and his great grandchildren, Conner Harden, Madisyn Harp, Morgan Harp, Lucas Ray and Addison Ray.
