He was predeceased by: his wife Ann Peters Dinkelman; his parents, Carl M. Dinkelman and Lillian Dinkelman; and his siblings, Margaret Stromberg (late Ted) and Charles Dinkelman (late Dorothy).
He is survived by: his children, Michael Dinkelman and Judie D. Greenwood (David); his grandchildren, Joshua Greenwood (Maria), Jacob Greenwood (Allie), Zachary Greenwood (Olivia) and Katie Pruett (Kasey); and his great grandchildren, Riley Artes, Lilly Greenwood, Caroline Greenwood, Eliza Greenwood, Felix Greenwood and Russell Greenwood.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Bishop Cummins Reformed Episcopal Church (2001 Frederick Rd, Catonsville, MD 21228). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, November 22nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. John's Cemetery (3480 St Johns Ln, Ellicott City, MD 21042).
In lieu of flowers the family has requested that donations be made In James' name to a charity of your choosing.
