He is survived by: his wife Andrea Koesters; his daughter Callie Koesters; his son-in-law Daniel Mervis; his grandson Theodore Jacob Mervis; his son Michael Koesters; his daughter-in-law Taylor Hicks; and his siblings, Margaret Gessler and William Koesters. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
