He was predeceased by : his parents, Mamie Hawkins and Frank Hawkins. He is survived by : his wife Lillian Ann Rideout of Catonsville, MD; his sons, Frank Douglas Hawkins and William Drew Hawkins; his daughter-in-law Sherri Vilov; his granddaughters, Natalie Hawkins and Sophie Hawkins; his niece Deborah Thomas; his siblings-in-law, Tommy Rideout IV and Deborah Rainey Hawkins; and his friend Brigitte Williams Genovese. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Catonsville Business Association as the Citizen of the Year from 1978-1979 in recognition for his contributions to his community, the youth and his church.
