Rockne leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Rockne’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Cooke and Norma V. Cooke; and his son Dean C. Cooke. He is survived by: his girlfriend Joan D. Palmisano; his daughter Erin D. Bice (Don K. Bice); and his grandchildren, Matthew B. McQuin and Morgan D. McQuin.
