We bid farewell to Rosemarie Blackert of Catonsville, Maryland, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 29, 2025 at the age of 94. Rosemarie touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Hoffman and Mary Regina Hoffman; and her sister Regina. She is survived by: her husband Donald Blackert, Sr.; her children, Maryann and Donald Jr.; her daughter-in-law Kelsey; her grandchildren, Hayley, Jaxon and Hayden; and her siblings, June, James, Annette, Angie, Mike and Thomas. She is also survived by children but her many nieces and nephews.
She embodied a selfless and generous heart—donating to so many charities that anyone who knew Rose would leave her house with a charity calendar she had received in the mail.
