It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Victoria Ann Barr of Catonsville, Maryland, born in Greensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, William Galley and Violet Galley; and her daughter Elizabeth "Beth" (Charles "Chas"). She is survived by : her children, Victoria "Tori" Thorn (Chris), Charles "Chad" Barr (Anna) and Adam Barr (Valerie); and her brother-in-law Eugene Barr. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
