She is survived by: her children, Mary Ann Graham (Larry), Dave Jacobs and Bonnie Jacobs; her grandchildren, Daniel III, Tyler, Kirby and Jukobi; and her great grandchildren, Daniel IV, Chloe, Cayden and Jukobi Jr..
