He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Ernest and Amalie Griffith (Guenther). He is survived by: his girlfriend Elizabeth (Penny); his children, Timothy and Elizabeth Hipp (Libby); his children-in-law, Anne Corso and Thomas Hipp; his grandchildren, Amalie and Henry; and his brothers, Charles (Chuck) and David.
