He is survived by: his wife Ann Spear Johnson; his children, Ashleigh Johnson Gamble (Bryan), CJ Johnson, III (Charles) and Matthew Johnson (Joanna); his grandchildren, Tobin, Ellie and Evalynn; his sister Debbie Martin (Steve); and his cousin Kim Warden. He is also survived by numerous brothers in-law & sisters in-law, nieces, nephews and good friends.
