He is survived by : his wife Joanna; his children, David Nies, III, Linda Gagnon, Michael Nies (Jennifer) and Diane Scaggs (Steve); and his grandchildren, Haley, Jack, Bodie, Savannah, Summer, Charlie, Kayci, Steve, Jr. and Christian.
