She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Agnew Haymaker and Ethel Betton Moore Haymaker; her former husband Robert Whitaker Frost; her husband Alfred C. Lewis; and her siblings, Charles Haymaker and Nancy Haymaker.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy Zintsmaster (Dan) of Costa Rica, Kathleen McGuire (Tom) of Centreville, Patricia Smith (Lee) of Princess Anne and Michael Frost; and her brother Ronnie Haymaker (Jeanette) of Centreville. She is also survived by six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
