He was predeceased by : his parents, John Griffith Roe and Catherine Mary McCarthy Roe. He is survived by : his wife Sharon Roe; his children, Nancy Jean Davis (Jeffrey), Meg Ann Bryant (Dennis), James Edward Roe, Jr. (Heather) and Colleen Serene Alton (Jack); his grandchildren, Jack, Robert, Emily, Christopher, Catie, Haylie, Andrew, Madelyn, Kyle and Samantha; his sisters, Catherine Winka and Jenny Ray; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Kay Lindherst (Mike) and Karon Thomas (Art).
