She was predeceased by: her father Francis Youell; her children, Christopher Miller and Jeannie Miller; and her brother Michael Youell. She is survived by: her husband Paul Polyak; her sister Jean Busick; her brother-in-law Duke Busick; and her grandchildren, Bryan Miller and Joey Miller. She is also survived by five great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
