He was predeceased by : his parents, Ted Kujawski and Emma Smith; his son Damian Smith; and his brothers, Ted Kujawski and John Kujawski.
He is survived by : his wife Gail Hoover-Smith; his children, Patrick Smith, Kevin Smith, Brendan Smith, Ryan Smith, Ciaran Smith, Kristie Murray and Andrew Stagenhorst; his brothers, James and Pete Kujawski of Rutledge, TN; and his pet Bailey. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
