He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Busch Putman and Walter Norval Putman. He is survived by: his wife Marjory Ernst Putman. He is also survived by eight children, thirteen grandchildren, and 3. 5 great-grandchildren, along with countless extended family members and friends.
