Jacks (William Jacks Jr.) of Chester; his granddaughter Jasmine Erika Jacks of Chester; and his siblings, Gene Palmatary of Centreville, Robert "Bob" Palmatary of Church Hill, Benjamin "Frankie" Palmatary of Centreville, Harvey Palmatary of Easton, Thomas "Tommy" Palmatary of Centreville, Margaret "Martha Lee" Byron of Gadsden, Mary Jones of Ridgely and Shirley Harbaugh of Preston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
