Cook (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Cory Cook (Lindsey), Jasmine Archut (Tyler), Gabrielle Cook, Natalie Cook, Jacob Cook, Mackenzie Cook, Avreigh Cook, Gabriel Cook and Dylan Cook; her great grandchildren, Remington, Colton and Lacey; and her siblings, Phylis Stewart, Lisa Upchurch, Leslie Simpers and Timmy Kirk.
