She was predeceased by: her mother Rita Marie Asbury; her husband Marshall C. Durkee; her sons, Marshall C. Durkee II and Matthew D. Durkee; and her brother Lloyd Asbury.

She is survived by: her children, Michael S. Durkee, Elkton, MD, Thomas M. Durkee (Marcia) of Rowlesburg, WV and Elizabeth L. Durkee of Charlestown, MD. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
