It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carl Greagor Orlando of Charlotte Hall, Maryland, who passed away on April 9, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Aleck Orlando and Mathilda Orlando (Nicholas); his former wife Amelia Bluey Orlando; his siblings, Olimpiu, Mary, Ann and Sylvia; and his stepdaughter Deborah Knotts.
He is survived by: his wife Hilda Hackett Orlando; his son Dr. Ronald Orlando (Sharon Gamble) of Athens, GA; his brother Donald Orlando (Nancy) of Temple, OK; his stepson Raymond Hackett Jr. (Joan) of LaPlata, MD; his granddaughters, Maria Orlando, Caroline Harris (Charles) and Leah Orlando; his stepgrandchildren, Ryan Hackett (Pam), Joel Hackett, Kaitlyn Hackett and Raymond Hackett III (Maggie); and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Avery, Owen and Pierce. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
