He was predeceased by: his parents, Bud Owens and Helen Owens; and his brother Douglas Owens of Anacortes, Washington.. He is survived by: his son Daniel Owens of Charlotte Hall, Maryland; his brother David Owens of Raymond, Washington; and his grandchildren, Joshua, Jacob, Nathan, Abigail and Sarah Owens. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
