She is survived by : her children, Cyril, Tilya and James Cherry; her grandchildren, Diamond and Fernando Alston; her siblings, Richard Johnson, Beverly Johnson, Alfreda Rouse, Deborah Johnson and Gloria Pippins; her siblings-in-law, Ronnie Rouse and Vivian Rose; and her godchildren, Deborah L. Johnson, Arrande Blake and Maurice Young. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
