She was predeceased by: her parents, Julian Dobbins and Mildred Dobbins; her brother Bradley; and her pet Matthew. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Rick" Higgs; her sons, Richard J. and Andrew (Stephanie Campbell); and her siblings, Grady (Cindy), Charlotte (Edward), Elaine (Richard), Brenda and Denise. She is also survived by many grandchildren, one great grandchild, nieces and nephews.
