We are sad to announce that on December 6, 2023, at the age of 73, Billie Rhea Seaton of Chesapeake Beach, Maryland passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Wilford Stanley and Mary Sue Seaton (Abbott); her daughter Nicole Guffy; and her brothers, Wilford, James and Harry Seaton.

She is survived by : her husband Robert William Mozdzen; her son Scott Guffy (Raina); her grandchildren, Tyler Guffy, Brooke Jefferson and Bianca Guffy; her great grandchild Aubree Jefferson; and her sisters, Annette Seaton-Shaw, Jeanette Decatur, Carol McKenzie (Tom) and Susan Pharis. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
