She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, William H. Williams and Louise Williams (Bell); her children, Patricia Echard of Chesapeake Beach, MD and Bill Clark of Myrtle Beach, SC; her grandchildren, John Echard (Eric Tomlinson) of Dunkirk, MD and Katelyn Echard; her great grandchild Cali O'Dell; and her sister Nancy Fitzgerald (Mike Fitzgerald) of Warsaw, VA. She was also cherished by many cousins, a nephew, niece, and many other extended family.
