He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene F. Baxter and Naomi E. Baxter; his father-in-law Al; his son Paul; his siblings, Mark and Sharon; and his brother-in-law Victor.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki; his children, Gene (Julie) and Jennifer (Joe); his siblings, Warner (Gwen), Darryl (Michelle) and Teresa; his sisters-in-law, Mary, Laurie and Vinny (Dod); and his grandsons, Gunner, Zachary, Cameron, Chance, Jayson and AJ. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, grand niece, cousins and friends.
