James Lewis Dabbs Obituary
The memory of James Lewis Dabbs of Chesapeake Beach, Maryland, who passed away on October 21, 2025 at the age of 84, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Dabbs and Anna Mary Dabbs (McMullen); his brothers, Thomas Dabbs, Sr. and Donald Dabbs; and his son-in-law Michael Zanchuck.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Lynn Dabbs (Davis); his children, Jamie Dabbs (Lisa) and Kelly Zanchuck; his grandchildren, Carson (Carly), Caroline, Ethan and Kinley; and his sister Janis Ware (Mark).
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lee Funeral Home (8200 Jennifer Ln, Owings, MD 20736). A memorial service was held on Thursday, October 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of the Chesapeake in Jim's memory.
