Leonard Eugene Durnbaugh Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leonard Eugene Durnbaugh of Chesapeake Beach, Maryland, who passed away on November 7, 2025 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Franklin Durnbaugh and Hazel Evelyn Gray Durnbaugh; and his siblings, William "Billy" Durnbaugh Jr. and Joyce Hullings. He is survived by: his wife Judith Marie Leone Durnbaugh; his sons, Leonard Eugene "Toby" Durnbaugh Jr. (Kelly) of Chesapeake Beach, Joseph Trent "Trent" Durnbaugh (Marsha) of Lusby and John Anthony "Tony" Durnbaugh of Chesapeake Beach; and his grandchildren, Rachael Hoban (Craig), Drew Durnbaugh (Morgan), Christian and Cole. He is also survived by sisters- and brothers-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rausch Funeral Home-Owings (8325 Mt Harmony Ln, Owings, MD 20736). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
