He is survived by : his parents, Kenneth Miller Sr. and Donna Jean Sullivan (Shumaker) of Chesapeake Beach; his daughter Carrie Outman (Darawin Holland, Sr.) of Chesapeake Beach; his grandchildren, Cariana and Darawin, Jr.; and his brothers, William Sullivan of Maine and Kenneth Sullivan, Jr. of Sunderland. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
