He was predeceased by: his parents, James Austin and Arlene Harbaugh (Wishard); his wife Irene Harbaugh; his granddaughter Leah Clark; and his brothers, William and Ray Harbaugh.
He is survived by: his children, Fran Clark of Chesapeake Beach, Ted Harbaugh of Corvallis, OR, Sam Harbaugh (Mellissa) of Churchton and Ryan Harbaugh (Jennifer) of Huntsville, AL; and his brothers, James and Freddie Harbaugh. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren.
