He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Milford and Nora Lee Schoo (Clingman); his wife Sherry Schoo; his children, Henry Dean Schoo (Katy) of Baltimore, April Dillon (Michael) of Milford, DE, David Hall (Sherri) of Dunkirk, Kyle Hall (Amanda) of Broomes Island and John Hall of Chesapeake Beach; and his brothers, James, Wayne Schoo and Robert Schoo. He was also cherished by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Rick's name may be made to Charlotte Hall Veterans Home or Hospice of the Chesapeake.
