Carroll of Newark, DE; his siblings, Dorothea Wells-Wesley of Cecilton, MD, Sylvia Dozier (Homer) of Newark, DE, Concetta Wright (Jerome) of Townsend, DE, Hope Carroll of Cecilton, MD, Joyce Waters (Michael) of Middletown, DE and Marcus A. Carroll, Jr. of Cecilton, MD.; his children, Tanika Wells Govan (Brian) of Galloway, NJ, Essence, Armani Wells of Dover, DE and Nathan Wells of Chesapeake City, MD.; his grandchildren, Takeena, Brian, Reign, Tabias, Maverick and Alaysia; his close friend Shawnita Andrews; his daughter Arianna; and his close friend Herbert Wesley of Cecilton, MD. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
