He was predeceased by: his mother Ann Claudette Butler (Stevens); and his nephew Brian Bowman. He is survived by: his father Floyd S. Butler Jr.; his wife Stephanie Cordle; his children, Brittney Walters (Scott) and Floyd Butler IV (Grace); his sisters, Betsy Quathamer (Rob) and Shelly Martin (Rich); and his siblings' children, Randy Timms (Michelle), Alexis Siegert (Garrett) and Ashley Martin.
