It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Mancini Buck of Chester, Maryland, born in Baltimore, Maryland, who passed away on September 16, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Mancini and Mary Mancini. She is survived by : her husband Michael Buck; her children, Stephanie (Jacob) of Raleigh, NC and Matthew of Prince Frederick, MD.; her sister Linda Mancini; her siblings-in-law, Michael and Susan Wright; her nephews, Joe Talbert (Mandy), Jason Talbert, Dan Wright and Andrew Wright; her great-nephew Tyler Talbert; her great-niece Adalee Wright; and her stepgrandchildren, Lucas and Lillian Schaffhauser.
