She is survived by: her siblings, Gerry Mizerak (Bill), Bonnie Maydak (Bill), Diane Maydak and Rick Zukauckas (Susan); her sister-in-law Dot; her children, Cindy Duncan (Craig), Cathy Foy (Mike) and Crisy Burns; her grandchildren, Taylor Duncan (Elaine), Madison Kiser (Brady) and Carter Duncan (Caroline); and her great grandchild Daisy Duncan. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
