Anne Landon Allen Obituary
The memory of Anne Landon Allen of Chestertown, Maryland, who passed away on October 8, 2025 at the age of 101, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Kemlo Landon and Mary Taylor Landon (Eggleston). She is survived by: her children, Layton S. Allen, Jr. (Alison) of Williamsburg, VA, Martha B. Salmonson (late John) of Kaneohe, HI, Richard L. Allen (Kim) of Newark, DE. and George L. Allen (Lyn) of Elsmere, DE; her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Eric (Theresa), George and Andrew; her great grandchildren, Ian, Eric (Shahad), Landon, Marisol (Eduardo), Joaquin and Layton; her brother Robert Bragg Landon (late Gail) of Ponte Vedra, FL.; her sibling's children, Gigi, Anne, Mary (Bob), George (Patti) and Will (Diane); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Daniel, Rachael, William, George, Katy, Julia, Emily, Cindy and Andrew.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Wesley Hall. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
