He is survived by: his wife Saundra Lee Parks; his son Ben Parks, II (Cindy) of Captain's Lady; his grandchildren, Ben Parks, III and Levin Parks; his great grandchild Payton Parks; his siblings, Joyce Parks, Joann Ashton, Wanda Christopher (Howard), Pat Dean and Jimmy Parks (Lynn); and his brother-in-law Gary Pritchett (Cindy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
