He was predeceased by: his parents, Merritt Oliver Wilkins and Ida Mae Wilkins (Jackson); and his brother Gene Wilkins of San Diego, CA.. He is survived by: his significant other Kathy Schoffstall; and his children, Brian Wilkins, Eric Wilkins and Stacie Gomez.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Newnam Funeral Home (130 Speer Rd, Chestertown, MD 21620). A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
