With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bruce Alan Burris of Chestertown, Maryland, who passed away on January 20, 2023 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Bruce Crew Burris and Elevian Smith Burris of Chestertown, MD.; his brother Brian Burris; and his godparents, Kitty and Dodd Hadaway.
He is survived by : his close friend Annie Manley of Rock Hall; his siblings, Brenda Brown, Jr. (Harold) of Still Pond and Brett Burris (Elizabeth) of Worton; his children, Katie Burris of Ridgely and Bruce Burris, Jr. (Amber) of Hartly, DE; his grandchildren, Madison, Lucas and Maverick; and his pet Kai. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
