It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elsie Mae Jeffers (Chestertown, Maryland), who passed away on June 17, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Elsie Mae may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Mt. Olive A. M. E. Church (24840 Lambs Meadow Rd, Worton, MD 21678).
