In loving memory of Heller Halliday of Chestertown, Maryland, born in Los Angeles, California, who departed this world on April 21, 2024 at the age of 82. She was predeceased by : her mother Mary; and her brother Larry Hagman. She is survived by : her husband Martin Carrigan; her children, Timothy Weir (Lucrecia), Mathew Weir, Mary Devon DeMerritt and Geoffery DeMeritt (Jenny); her nephew Preston Hagman (Audrey); and her close friends, Tim, Lindsey Buckless, Betta Fraccaroli, Biffy Wiltbank, Dr. Gerard O'Conor and Cathy. She is also survived by eight grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Compass Regional Hospice at 160 Coursevall Dr. Centreville, MD 21617 or The Animal Care Shelter of Kent County at 10168 Worton Rd. Chestertown, MD 21620.

“I’m so sad to hear about Heller. She was a wonderful friend and I have not seen her in years. Her mother Mary Martin and my mother Bessie May, Sue Ella Yeager Austin were best friends in Texas and Mary Martin was my godmother. My mother was godmother to Larry Hagman. We had many wonderful times together. oh the fun of going to New York and staying with Heller. I went to her wedding to Bromley. And when she was in Dallas, we always got together. I loved her and I miss her loving personality RIP”
