He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Arnold Wilkinson and Katherine Wilkinson (Stimson); his wife Kara Alkire Wilkinson; and his brother Frank Wilkinson (Kathi). He is survived by: his children, Kathryn Beth Cowan (Paul), Herbet Stuart Wilkinson, Thomas Montrose Wilkinson (Stacy) and Douglas Trevor Wilkinson (Eileen). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Chestertown Lions Club in honor of Herb.
